The single malt spent over a decade maturing exclusively in ex-bourbon casks before it was bottled without chill filtering at 11 years old, weighing in at a healthy 46.7% ABV. NOSE Delicate floral with notes of Lemon blossom and honeysuckle, with cut grassy sweetness and waxy citrus peel. PALATE Runny honey leads into apple skin and peppery oak alongside more delicate Floral Parma Violets with fresh cut apples and hints of wood spice FINISH Fresh, ripe pear lingers with heather honey.
