A 10 year old single malt from Bladnoch. It was matured in bourbon casks, helping to bolster the sweetness and bring balance to the flavour profile's spicy malt base. Want to do a side-by-side by my former(?) favorite Lowland scotch - the classic malt Glenkinchie. Thanks to @Alex for sharing! Nose: Toasted barley, honey, a hint of fennel. Palate: Waxy orange and chocolate chip cookie, with hints of clove and pepper underneath. Finish: Ginger snaps and cinnamon rolls.
