This 25 year old Glenrothes is aged in mostly first-fill sherry-seasoned casks. Wish I knew more about how this Glenrothes came from Highland, as the distillery and all I’ve had from them previously are from Speyside 🤔 NOSE Tropical fruits of mango and pineapple, leading to cedar wood. TASTE Coriander seeds, violets and a hint of salted caramel. FINISH Sweet, lasting floral and citrus notes.
