The unique modern bottle design caught my eye, and purchased it when I saw it was a Lowland like the other rare ones shared here recently. What a nice discovery!
Nose
The nose starts with fruits from the orchard. A good flesh of juicy apple, a little pear. We continue with granulated sugar, very slightly scented with rose. The sweetness is also felt through aromas of malt.
Taste
On the palate, we continue in the fairly sweet line of the nose.
Cotton candy, candy apple... who said we were at a carnival?
We have aromas of mirabelle plum schnapps, and good artisanal pear.
Light coconut butter, barley, almond, crumble and graphite.
Finish
Fairly short finish on granulated sugar, cotton candy, pear brandy, frangipane.
It's simple, with no major flaws 👍
